Purina Veterinary Diets® EN Gastroenteric® Feline Formula provides complete and balanced nutrition for growing kittens and adult cats. It has been formulated to achieve the following characteristics:

  • Added B-vitamins

Feeding and Administration

The following feeding program is recommended as a guideline only, with discretionary clinical adjustments for proper weight maintenance. With your veterinarian’s approval, offer increasing amounts of the new food with decreasing amounts of the old food.

*Using a standard 8 oz/250 ml measuring cup which contains approximately 133 g of EN Gastroenteric Feline Formula.

(1) Adjustments must be made for environmental conditions, activity level, body condition. Provide fresh water in a clean container daily.

(2) Kilocalories of metabolizable energy (ME).

(3) This daily amount should be divided among several small meals throughout the day.

(4) For each additional pound of body weight, feed an additional 24 kilocalories.


If your cat is under one year of age, consult your veterinarian for the proper amount to feed.

Animal feeding tests using Association of American Feed Control Officials (AAFCO) procedures substantiate that this product provides complete and balanced nutrition for growth of kittens and maintenance of adult cats.
